If is does not meet the rush deadline or print time you selected and you did call us we will refund the difference between standard and the rush service

Returns
We are not able to manage the stock at our factory and warehouse. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any moment. Be aware that your order may be out of stock once the order has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you made your purchase and we're unable to offer you a complete exchange or refund.
The item should not be in use and must be in its original condition. It should also remain in the original packaging.
